Petite Rose (small rose, rose) is a traditional wine of Župa with a new Burgundy stamp. It is produced by cold maceration of Prokupac, and then by cold fermentation of its unfermented grape juice. Petite Rose has a delicate taste (reminiscent of strawberries), a bright red color reminiscent of rose petals in the first flower and a fluttering scent of spring.
The delicate taste and pleasant acidity go well with young lamb, fruit and fruit desserts, and lazing in the shade during a hot summer day.
